V.D Facts :
- V.D. means “VALSHEDentity" or "VALSHE’s Identity”. Basically, VALSHE wants to impart in this new album through the music and the lyrics her true self to everyone through her true emotions and feelings.
- The other picture (the one for the regular edition) may look different from how she usually portrays herself, but there are many similarities to be found, she says.
- “My ‘self’ that I project to the mirror, and my ‘self’ that the mirror reflects back - which is the real me? Where do these two VALSHEs that appear in real life intersect? When I reach my hand out, unease covers me.”
- The pre-order bonus this time is a “V.D. themed mirror”! (Note: only available with the limited edition CD+DVD edition, it seems)
- The music video included in the limited edition CD+DVD edition is “BUTTERFLY CORE MUSIC VIDEO - FILMED EDITION"
- The concept of the previous, illustrated Butterfly Core music video was to be a bridge to what VAL’s trying to do now - the real her. The other VALSHE in the illustrated one was actually her real self, supposedly, and she’s crossing over for her own growth, in the form of this video wherein she’ll now show herself. Does this mean there won’t be any illustrated music videos anymore? I have no idea, to be honest.
