for template designer paste in HTML/Javascript

for the template designer through i dont know cause i took the code from here Blogskins if you want to use it, just use that template :snick

Goes to Layout
Paste all of the THIS code on your HTML/Javascript
Make sure that you didnt miss any of it, tell me if its not work
You can change whatever in the code, but i bet dont change anything or the code is not work~
The last was save your Layout
